Website and retreat information
Jhourney provides meditation education and retreats for adults aged 18 and over. Our services are educational and are not medical care. Meditation experiences vary; we do not guarantee a particular outcome.
Please use this website lawfully, provide accurate information when contacting us, and do not interfere with the website or attempt to access information you are not authorized to access.
Retreat bookings and policies
Submitting an application does not confirm a retreat booking or guarantee admission. Retreat participation is subject to screening and the agreements presented during registration.
Our Retreat Policies explain screening, participation requirements, cancellations, refunds, and changes to retreats. Those policies and your booking agreements govern your retreat participation. This page does not replace or change them.
Text messaging
What you can sign up for
With your separate consent, Jhourney may send:
- Marketing texts: recurring retreat announcements, availability updates, and offers, including messages sent using automated technology.
- Non-marketing texts: updates about your application, appointments, bookings, and customer support.
We send texts to the number you provide for the categories you choose. Providing a phone number or submitting an application alone does not enroll you in text messaging. Marketing and non-marketing consent are separate and optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase or retreat participation.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the categories you select and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's plan determines any charges.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the text program sending the message. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. We will not resume that program's messages unless you opt in again.
Reply HELP for help, or email retreats@jhourney.io. You can also contact us at that address to request that we stop text messages. If your phone number changes or you no longer control it, please let us know.
Delivery
Text delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this text program for emergencies.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number and messaging information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers helping us deliver the text program may process this information solely to provide that service.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Changes to this page do not enroll you in new text categories or replace any consent required for them. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
